The selected candidate will be responsible for the management and tracking of Cigna's Cross-Selling B2C acquisition-based initiatives targeting Cigna's Part D and Medicare Supplemental customers in addition to taking the lead on special projects as needed. Customer Lifecycle is a newly formed team that supports New-to-Medicare, Cross-Sell and Upsell acquisition-based initiatives.
